The app Photos gets organized the same familiar way on all Apple devices that you use. On a Mac, the media collection gets separated into four basic categories: the main one – Library, as well as Albums, Projects, and Shared. The app Photos automatically sorts the images, videos, People, Favorites, Memories in your Library. With the limited photos option, you can continually update the photos that are shared with the app, selecting just a couple at a time that you want to upload or edit. Currently, there is no way for you to select which albums are available via the Photos Widget. Instead, you rely on the Memories and “Featured Photos” albums that are available in the Photos app. Since there is no way to add more Photos to either of those albums manually, the only way to “customize” the widget is by removing photos you.
(a) The good thing about Photos and iCloud is that the images you take on your iPhone are automatically made available in your image library on iPads, Macs and any other Apple device signed into the same Apple ID.
(b) The bad thing is that sometimes you have to wait for hours until the images are synced across your devices. What should you do?
How to force Photos to update iCloud images
The barriers to fast upload/sync seem to include:
- Low Power Mode: If your iPhone is in Low Power Mode then images won’t be synced to iCloud.
- Low quality network: Images and video take time to upload and to download, so if you are on low quality network (bad Wi-Fi or a patchy 3G connection) then it will take time for sync to happen.
- Power management: Anecdotally, I’ve noticed the power – more specifically that your device is plugged into power – has an impact on the synchronization process.
It’s usually Low Power Mode that delays the process
What I’ve also noticed is that the problem is usually around use of Low Power Mode.
The thing is, once you exit that mode (and charge your device) it takes a while to send those images to iCloud – and then takes a while longer to download them to your other Apple device.
iCloud loved power. Sizzla hotter than fire rar. This is one of its power stations.
With this in mind, the following are logical approaches to force a sync operation to take place in Photos:
- Ensure you have a good Wi-Fi signal (best) or an adequate mobile signal – good 4G.
- Disable Low Power Mode on the iPhone or other device you captured a photo/video on if it is enabled. Images do not sync to iCloud while the device is in that mode.
- Connect your devices to power.
- Ensure the device you want to sync too is also on a good network and has power.
Look inside the Photos library on the device you wish to sync from and you should see a note at the bottom of the page that tells you the status of sync on that device, and how many images/videos still remain to be synced.
Get the sync moving
Once you follow those four steps above you should find the sync process begins.
Once it has completed, move to the device you want to access those assets from. You may find that the sync process has not yet taken place. If it has not, try quitting Photos, connecting the device to power, letting it sleep, and then waking it up again and opening Photos.
Assuming you have a decent connection, you should now begin downloading the images you crave. (On a Mac, just quit Photos and relaunch it, once you know the upload is done).
These are the steps I use. Perhaps there are others, but I’ve not had need to find them. Hope this helps!

Start Developing iOS Apps (Swift) is the perfect starting point for learning to create apps that run on iPhone and iPad. https://everts437.weebly.com/blog/desktop-radar-apps-mac. View this set of incremental lessons as a guided introduction to building your first app—including the tools, major concepts, and best practices that will ease your path.
Each lesson contains a tutorial and the conceptual information you need to complete it. The lessons build on each other, walking you through a step-by-step process of creating a simple, real-world iOS app.
As you make your way through the lessons and build the app, you’ll learn about concepts in iOS app development, gain a deeper understanding of the Swift programming language, and familiarize yourself with the many valuable features of Xcode, Apple’s integrated development environment (IDE).

Prerequisites
In these lessons, it is assumed that you are familiar with the Swift programming language. You do not need to be a Swift master to complete the lessons, but you will get more out of the lessons if you can comfortably read and understand Swift code.
If you are not yet comfortable with Swift, complete the Learn to Code exercises in the Swift Playgrounds app. Alternatively, you can work through A Swift Tour from The Swift Programming Language (Swift 3). Both give you a solid foundation in the Swift programming language.

In these lessons, you’ll be building a simple meal-tracking app called FoodTracker. This app shows a list of meals, including a meal name, rating, and photo. A user can add, remove, or edit a meal. To add a new meal or edit an existing one, users navigate to a different screen where they can specify a name, rating, and photo for a particular meal.
The lessons are each accompanied by an Xcode project file that shows an example of how your code and interface should look at the end of the lesson. After you go through a lesson, you can download the project and check your work against it.
If you need to refer to the concepts you’ve learned throughout the lessons, use the glossary to refresh your memory. Glossary terms are linked throughout the lessons. World of warcraft key generator 2017.
Get the Tools
To develop iOS apps using the latest technologies described in these lessons, you need a Mac computer (macOS 10.11.5 or later) running the latest version of Xcode. Xcode includes all the features you need to design, develop, and debug an app. Xcode also contains the iOS SDK, which extends Xcode to include the tools, compilers, and frameworks you need specifically for iOS development.

How To Update Mac Software
The lessons were written using Xcode 8.1, iOS SDK 10, and Swift 3. Try to use these versions while working on the tutorials. If you are using a different version, your screen may look different than what is shown in the screenshots. You may also need to make changes to your code to get it to compile.
